Permanently deletes an affiliate identified by the specified affiliate ID.
This action is will completely remove the affiliate and all related data from the system.

This action will permanently delete:

The affiliate record identified by the provided affiliate ID

All commission records and payout history associated with the affiliate

All referral links generated by the affiliate

All users referred by the affiliate and their referral attribution data
